Abundance Capital Funding LLC shall conduct a preliminary review within 2 hours receipt of Intake Form for Real Estate/Commercial Loan projects or Credit Application and Financial Package for Equipment projects.

Project package is forwarded to its Main Office for a same day secondary review conducted by a Partner and its Direct Access with Investment Houses/Investors.

Client / Broker shall be contacted within 24 to 48 hour’s after step 4, regarding project interest or not.

Client /Broker shall receive an approval or denial from Abundance Capital Funding LLC to proceed conduct a preliminary interview with their Client. This step may be discussed from the start.

Within approximatley 72 hours after package receipt, review, and the preliminary customer interview A “Abundance Capital Funding LLC Partner, its’ Underwriter and its Investment Team shall determine if their is an appetite for the project in question. At this stage ,The Customer/Client shall be expected to pay a one time Investor processing/due diligence fee and execute a Service Agreement to the Funding Principal prior to potential discussions with the Funding Principal.
